Child Safety Standards
Link Up AI is built for private friend groups to plan meetups. The Service is operated by EDR LLC. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any content that endangers minors.
Who may use Link Up AI
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Accounts that appear to belong to children, or that are used to harm minors, are prohibited and will be removed.
Reporting in the app
If you see content or behavior that raises child safety concerns, report it from the app:
- Long press a group chat message and tap Report message, or open a profile and tap Report user.
- You can also open Account, then Legal, then Report a safety concern.
- Include usernames, group names, and what happened.
You can block a user from a profile or the Friends tab. Blocking notifies us and removes that person's messages from your chats right away. We review reports within 24 hours.
What we do when we receive a report
- We review reports promptly and prioritize child safety issues.
- We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards.
- We may remove related profile photos, messages, or other content stored in our systems.
- We preserve information as needed to investigate and respond to reports.
- Where required by law, we report CSAM and related activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate regional and national authorities.
Cooperation with authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and recognized reporting organizations when we obtain credible information about CSAE or CSAM connected to our Service.
