Common topics
Joining a group
The easiest way in is an invite: a member adds you from their friends list or by your username, and the invite appears under Group invites in the app. You can also ask an admin for an invite link, or use “Join group” with a group ID — join requests include your availability and an admin approves before you're added.
Adding friends
Find friends by username from the Friends screen, or share your profile link from your account. Friend requests must be accepted before you appear in each other's friends lists.
Notifications
Open Account in the app to control global notification categories, or mute a specific group from its detail screen. Also check iOS/Android system notification permissions for Link Up AI.
Sign-in
Link Up AI supports email/password and Google Sign-In on iOS and Android. Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to reset your email password via Firebase.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from the Account screen in the app. This removes your profile, group memberships, votes, and profile photo from our systems. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Report a problem
When emailing support, include your platform (iOS or Android), app version if known, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help us investigate faster.
